Today, Monday 8th March 2021 is International Women's Day. This years theme for IWD is #ChoosetoChallenge.

We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women's achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world.
From challenge comes change, so let's all choose to challenge"
Another part of IWD is to celebrate women and their achievements and so today I have decide to share some incredible female lead business with you. These are women that I know and have inspired me, influenced me and offered support at times without even realising. Today, I want to celebrate these incredible women and all the other incredible women in my life.
