Service Description

Zoom appointment to discuss commissions, wedding rings, engagement rings, remodels and all things relating to your Jewellery needs. Enjoy discussing your ideas from the comfort of your own home. Free but sadly due to the number of missed appointments there is now a fee for no shows. By booking you agree to a minimum 24hr cancellation notice. No shows will be charged £20. By booking you agree to these terms. Please note that emails are check twice daily at approx 11am and 4pm Monday - Friday. A minimum 24hr notice for booking is in place, however. Please do reach out if you would like to book an appointment with less than 24hr notice.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please allow 2 full working days (excludes weekends) if you can. Anything cancelled with less than 24hr notice maybe subject to a booking cancellation fee of £20. No Shows with no prior contact maybe subject to a missed booking fee of £30. By booking an appointment you an agreeing to these terms.
