UK Orders: Your cherished pieces are meticulously packaged and dispatched with utmost care via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Signed For. Upon dispatch, an email containing your tracking number will be sent, inviting you to embark on the journey of your item. Expect your treasure to arrive within 1-3 working days from the dispatch date, in addition to the crafting timeframe.

 

International Orders: While orders to destinations outside the UK are currently on hold via the website, you can still acquire our exquisite pieces through our Etsy shop. Every international order is handled with the same meticulous attention to detail and is dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked service. Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, ensuring you're kept informed of your treasure's voyage. Anticipate delivery within 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-10 working days for the rest of the world, in addition to the crafting timeframe.

 

Refunds Policy: Your satisfaction is the cornerstone of our ethos. We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a generous 30-day returns policy on items purchased directly from our website, excluding custom pieces, which are non-refundable or exchangeable. Should you wish to return an item bought directly from the website, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for your unworn jewellery. Simply reach out to us via email with your return request and return to Rebekah Ann Jewellery, Rodhus, 16-30 Hollingdean Road, Brighton, BN2 4AA ensuring to include your contact details. Please ensure your return is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent for insurance,  securely packaged in its original box. Please note that return postage is your responsibility and non-refundable.

 

Important Refund Details: To ensure a seamless refund process, kindly return the jewellery in its original condition, complete with all original packaging, securely and safely packaged, and, most importantly, unworn. Any signs of wear upon return will render the refund process null and void. You are responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipping due to improper packaging. All items must be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery at your expense. Please refrain from returning items in paper envelopes to prevent damage or loss. Please note that the jewellery remains your property until the refund is processed in full. Refunds can only be processed after the item has been returned and inspected for wear. In cases where wear is detected, the return will be void. Please be advised that any items lost in transit are your responsibility.
